Water Country, claimed to be the largest water amusement park in New England, is located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Spread over a grand expanse of 47 acres of land filled with thrill, it has everything for your family to make merry with and to have a memorable, exciting and enjoyable time.

Water Country, Portsmouth, NH features more than 30 amazing rides and slides for both young and the old alike, the largest wave pool in New England and many more fun attractions. Lot of action packed events, including 18 major water adventures, are awaiting your participation.

Adventure River is a quarter mile long river ride that takes you through waterfalls, caves and fountains. Double Geronimo is a thrilling twin speed slide down a height of 58 feet. Dragon’s Den is the place where you are catapulted through the enigmatic darkness and plummet ultimately into the misty abyss of the dragon, vanishing from sight. Black Hole and Warp 8 are exciting inner tube rides, designed to thrill you like a giant roller coaster.

The Giant Wave Pool, as mentioned before, is supposed to be the largest in all of New England, filled with more than 700,000 gallons of water. Take on and challenge the huge and monstrous waves. Another splendid attraction is the Whirlpool, where you get whirled around and around as eddies move you through water and might even take you right under the falls.

Season passes are priced at $59.99. Cabanas, for up to six people, are also available on rental, at Water Country for an all-day rental of $60. Water Country is indeed a nice place to take your family to, for a fun-filled day.
